Complete speculation :p But why on earth would it work ? Just think about it :) The SBT is not an conventional computer, even getting usb dongles (wi-fi or other) to work on a raspberrypi is sometime fraught with difficulty and failure. Try a Vonets, I have one (a VAP11N) to the one suggested and it works fine.
