Given that you have two Touch players with exactly the same symptoms all of a sudden, I don't suspect something has gone wrong with both TOUCH players. I suspect something on the network or WIFI. You say you've done factory resets of the TOUCH players. I might try this again, but when setting up, connect one to the Router via ethernet and connect without WIFI (you'll have the options of doing this when setting up). Not for permanent use, but just to see if you can get the Touch to see your LMS again.
