Specifically this post: https://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?111647-SB-Touch-and-Internet-Radio&p=977071&viewfull=1#post977071 It's now 5 months since I re-installed the firmware and the Touch has been rock solid since, no more sudden bursts of that incriminating noise at loud volume.
