This kit -- the "4GB" version -- appears to be in stock and has almost
everything you'll need to connect to your DAC via USB:

It's priced at a premium compared to when these parts were plentiful,
but may be the only way to get what you need unless you can wait until
Feb/Mar.

You will also need a USB cable like this:

If you call Cana Kit and ask, maybe they'll swap out the two HDMI cables
that come with the kit (which you don't need) for the one USB cable.
