I guess I had better pitch in and put what the status of MTSec is in
tpserver-cpp.

On the Design things in general, there is a number of properties created
(needs to be check and probably revised), and a few components (not all of
them by a long way).

Missing from Tpserver-cpp is a way of mapping from designs in one category to
a component in another, like the relationship between missile/torpedo designs
and the components for them to put in a ship design. I will be looking into
this after the release of 0.4.1.

Just as a note, the size of the explosives makes life a bit difficult. You
might need to add a lot a explosive component to fill a torp/missile.

Shouldn't be too hard to add to the Planet class, and a new order for planets.

Just need to be added.

There is a lot of programming to go into the ruleset for MTSec yet. And it's
tied to the finishing of the documentation, and internal changes in
tpserver-cpp.
