I guess I had better pitch in and put what the status of MTSec is in tpserver-cpp.

Missing from Tpserver-cpp is a way of mapping from designs in one category to a component in another, like the relationship between missile/torpedo designs and the components for them to put in a ship design. I will be looking into this after the release of 0.4.1. Just as a note, the size of the explosives makes life a bit difficult.
