As far as I can tell, TP04 supports everything listed.

Objects in TP04 are dynamic, so you can create whatever hierarchy you
require in the rulesystem.

Things like physics engines are the server/rulesets problem, so just
need to be implemented.

Things like Star Colour, temperature are just properties, no issue.

Only issue I can see is letting the client know about non-Cartesian
geometries, however once again the ruleset can provide that indirectly
through things like order probes in some cases (not all cases
unfortunately). 

So as far as I want think... A ruleset should be able to implement a
game with the above features already.
