Can I ask what language this is written in and the like?

Do you take into account the frequency of english phonemes? Quickly
scanning I see a lot that look very russian, or eastern european in
terms of syllables.

I assume you'll also do some work on softening the syllables here? Many
of the words have multiple stress points, so feel very harsh. Maybe
start by looking for words with multiple hard character in them. So
reject words like:
        gifejuv
        (gifjuv would be okay however).
You may also want to filter out most that contain a prefix or suffix
that is an english word of 4 or more characters:
        thatogig (that ol' gig!)
        themezaun

        Regards,
        nash
