Anything which categorises people is a bad move. Anything listed as a
task that takes N hours is a bad move ("I took 2N hours to do it, thus
I'm a bad programmer, thus they don't want my stuff"). Just list things
that need to be done, preferably things that can be done in isolation,
but if not... doesn't matter, put them there anyway.
