Not temporary. This is the correct method to prevent the mysql module from 
being build if configure would otherwise detect that mysql is installed.

As I have been saying for a while, tpmysql persistence is broken. I've nearly 
finished ObjectView and PlayerView. After I'm happy with it, I'll fix tpmysql 
and then do a release (0.5.0).
