TPTP Committers: Note that TPTP project is planning to overlap 4.2.1 and 4.3 defect
fixing during 4.3 Iteration 1. I1 is of four week duration and during this time
CVS HEAD will represent 4.2.1 stream. All
feature work targeted for 4.3 release should not be committed to CVS HEAD until
end of I1. However features belonging to tech preview features that
are packaged separately and various infrastructure improvements (e.g. further
automation of regression testing) will be allowed during I1. Please give careful
consideration in selecting defects that will be fixed in 4.2.1 and review the
list of targeted defects with component leads and project leads. At the end of I1, a CVS branch for 4.2.1 release will be
created and HEAD will be used for feature development and additional defect
fixing for 4.3 release. See 4.3
