TPTP 4.2 was released on June 30th as part of
Callisto simultaneous release (http://www.eclipse.org/callisto) of
ten Eclipse projects. TPTP 4.2 is available for download at http://www.eclipse.org/tptp/home/downloads/downloads.php?link=link1&ver=4.2.0.
Alternately, TPTP plugins can be installed using Eclipse update manager by
visiting the Callisto discovery site (http://download.eclipse.org/callisto/releases/).
I encourage you to try this
new way of delivering software releases and provide feedback. TPTP 4.2 has a number of new features such as improved
static analysis engine and rules, dynamic probekit, collection-time aggregation
of trace data, target system support for 64-bit Windows OS on Itanium Processor
Family and Intel EM64T, improved UI for test and logging tools, enhanced
symptom database and etc. TP 4.2 also contains a number of technology preview
features such as JVMTI support in Java profiler, standards-based resource
monitoring via WSDM and JMX, standards-based application response measurement
through ARM instrumentation, automated GUI recording and playback, and
