If I then go to the agent controller that is installed and try and start it manually it fails saying: corona03% ./SetConfig.sh ERROR: The Java Runtime in use does not contain a suitable JAXP feature RESOLUTION: Use a JRE which supports the JAXP feature I am on a standard Java 1.5 install.
