Not necessarily CAPTCHA for registration, but what about simple CAPTCH before POSTing? A bit annoying, certainly, but I think it could be effective, as it's in use in CVSTrac since ages, and I never noticed spam there [1]. The interface would look like (e.g. for ticket comments): ---- Add/Change #xxx (...)
