The 3rd month has just started, but I (and possible some members of the
team/community, too) would like to finish sooner, thus it would be nice
if the open tickets would be processed like this:

 * assign the typical ticket data like owner, milestone etc.
 * ask for the suggested patch (where a patch contribution was offered)
 * or just close as wontifix / worksforme etc.
