I think reST is probably a better standard, but that Wiki formatting
is actually used in several places, such as the /about/plugins page
and the [[MacroList]] macro.  So, this would add a hard requirement on
docutils for generating those pages, plus converting those all at once
and warning plugin developers.  Just some things to think about before
making the switch.
