A rework is much needed:
1) Easier to add to own + navigation of others (generally what this
thread is about so far).
2) Every single full template needs to add at least an empty <div
id="ctxtnav" class="nav"></div> at the top - if forgotten, it gives
disappointing styling of menus.
3) As layout.html does not handle ctxtnav or look for it in any way,
it has to output req.warnings above context navigation - again, very
bad wrt layout as large warnings gets jammed inbetween, pushing menus
apart.
