Nope. Even if you consider plugin execution to be "linking" (which I
wouldn't personally), Trac is licensed under the BSD/MIT license. This means
you can even modify Trac itself into a commercial project if you so choose.
Obviously we would like it if you give something back to the community, but
you are by no means obligated to. The only things you cannot do are 1) sue
Edgewall or any member of the Trac team for problems with Trac, 2) claim you
wrote any code which you did not. Disclaimer: I am not a lawyer, so you may
want to consult an IP expert for clarifications about the BSD license.
