This doesn't seem to be an often-requested feature, so it's probably not a good candidate for core inclusion. Moreover, all the necessary interfaces already exist (wiki change listener, macro), so this is really a good candidate for a plugin. You could try and request-a-hack on trac-hacks.org. -- Remy
