Subtickets nicely uses a slightly smaller font for the list of children.

The display of the child list at all could be be based on a permission
that users don't have but developers do.

I'd also really love to see a "local Gantt" (current ticket and all
first-order related tickets).  Just a few rectangles with lines between
them, the ticket number on them, the ticket Summary as the "tip" if you
over, and a link to the ticket.  That could be quite compact.
