Note, that it helps with the SPAM filter, if you set an email address within your anonymous session for that site. Yes, to both, Trac as well as Trac plugins you may contribute via Transifex too. I cannot speak for the French group of Trac project, as it is Christian Boos who is managing that. I see your request, but I have admin permissions only for there German group. But for Trac hacks translations [2] I'm seeking contributors for years. Please request group membership, if you're interested, and I'll make sure that it is handled in a timely manner.
