We had a few users now who were trying to report a bug and then wondered
where to attach a screenshot. When they didn't find a way to accomplish
the task, they just gave up. That's not how it should work. Sure, one can
attach a file after the ticket has been created, but the user first has to
know about that. Right now she may think it is simply not possible...
I'd think this issue very important if not crucial for the usual ticket
reporting workflow.
