This libapr.dll doesn't appear in the python bindings for svn 1.3.2
either... so initenv threw up an error while Creating and Initializing the
Project: python.exe - Unable to Locate Component "This application has
failed to start because libapr.dll was not found. Re-installing the
application may fix this problem. I'm not doing the stand-alone I'm
working with Apache.
