Me again (anonymous). For some reason I was looking at the original
extracted directory I used and the libapr.dll (among others) was in there.
Yet it was not in the location in which my deployed subversion binary
directory existed... I copied them over again and it worked. Maybe
something along the line moved them out of there. If so it should maybe
copy them out of there... thx.
