Please don't force these features into Trac. Lots of "big projects"
already have user databases, and don't need a whole new one just for their
tracking system.
If someone wants to write an optional user-management module that connects
to some external database/whatever to implement public registration, etc,
that'd be fine. But please don't assume that we all want Trac to keep its
own set of user accounts and authenticators.
