#3338: Can't file new ticket with IE 6

I just upgraded from 0.8.4 to 0.9.5. Everything went smoothly except no
one can create new tickets from IE6. This is a nuisance because the net
admin does not install Firefox or any alternative browser on each
workstation.
After you fill in the ticket info and click Submit, Trac responds with
either a message saying that the ticket must have a summary or that the
ticket must have a description.
I realize that there are many variants & hotfixes to contend with for IE
compatability. I'll attach a screenshot of the about box for version
info.
