Hi Manuzhai,
I had thought of something like that although I don't know exactly
how the workflow changes will work. Tickets would need to be assigned to
multiple people and I could actually create a new ticket "type" so I
don't pollute the normal ticket stuff.... It does have all the right
attributes but I'm not sure about the workflow....
