this would actually be "trac-infra", "trac-base", trac-foundation or
similar.

But the trac project isn't large enouth for such a group.

There's really not much to know about content-seperation.

The trac project should of course conform to such standards.

E.g.: a developer who likes to teach-into trac should not be forces to
search within a user-group for development related topics.

You see, it's a matter of gentleness.
