Users/passwords (credentials) are not managed by Trac. It's a web server task (except if you use the standalone daemon tracd, or a custom authentication plugin)
Search the ML archive, this topic has already been detailled several times (search for authentication and permission) > But can you please tell > me how to setup user name/password in trac and does a new user has > 'user' permission once it is created?
