Hello Christophe,

If you didn't find the answer clearly written in the TracCrossReferences
page, that's certainly my fault, I'll update it.
This was an "experimental" feature that was not integrated in any
released version of Trac.
There's still a good deal of work until this can be finalized and added
to Trac, eventually as a plugin if the change notification mechanism
becomes generic enough.

However, if you're currently using 0.9.3, it shouldn't be a big deal to
upgrade to the latest version of that experimental branch, as it
corresponds to the early 0.10dev features, IIRC.
