I don't know the the first thing about Exchange, but you might also look into
getting the exchange server to recognize the trac machine as an authorized
relay.  Also, with Sendmail I know there are options like "accept mail only
from the domain's mx entry".  I'm sure there's something analogous in
Exchange.  Basically, I think your best bet is to look at the anti-spam
configuration options of your Exchange server.

There should also be a way of making Exchange tell you what it was about the
message that made it mad...
