Hey All Sorry for a potentially newbie Q, but I'm trying to get a custom query written where I can search through all the tickets, both active and closed, sorted by owner, where the Due_to_close date has been modified in the change history. Essentially keeping a track of tasks slipping over time. Any idea how this can be most conveniently done?
