Any > other details you can think of? > hmmm... well I was set up as a member of a group that had trac_admin, so I tried giving myself trac_admin directly, but still no go. I'm definitely logged in, because I can access the web admin and there are other elements that are restricted when you aren't logged in that I can access.
I just tried adding a ticket and discovered that, despite being trac_admin, I can't actually add an attachment to the ticket.... I'm wondering if something has gone awry during the upgrade/install, as the attachment_* privileges don't show up in the admin as well as not being able to view existing attachments or add attachments to tickets or wiki pages. The option to upload an attachment is just not there, as you would expect if you don't have the right permissions. Trouble is I'm a total Python novice, so I'm not sure where to start...
