This is likely right under my nose, but I cannot seem to figure out
how to add fields to a query result on the View Ticket page's custom
query.  I would like to see the Severity column, for example, or at
least be able to download the data from that column as well as those
shown.  I can group by it, in which case it shows on the screen in
group headers but is not in the comma-delimited export.

I thought this was going to be the easy field to add, since it comes
standard. My next feat is to figure out how to include a custom field
(which has already been added) in the output list, so if the response
can give me a head start with that too, so much the better.  Thanks
for any tips or links to the right place in the documentation.  So far
I have only found how to do the qualifications for which rows to
display, not which columns.
