Thanks, Eli. I am on 0.10.4 Is it really the case that in the
version I have we can add custom fields and collect data, but we
cannot get them in a report or downloaded?

I'm guessing that then the developers are expecting us to issue SQL
queries against the repository to get the data out? I'm thinking I
should be able to set up a data source for Excel to grab the data, for
example, but I haven't used MySQL lately and the last time I did, it
didn't install with ODBC or JDBC access out of the box.

I can do some investigation of this, but I am not doing sysadmin on
this linux box and prefer not to bother those who are, so if there is
some approach where I can get the data entered into Trac back out
without additional installs, I would be happy to get any headstart on
that research, so if anyone has any clues, I'm all ears.

Thanks. --dawn
