Hi there,

Initially I didn't use the repository module and used Trac only as a
wiki and bug tracking tool. Now I also would like to connect to my svn
repository which is on the same server. So I tried to reconfigure
subversion and install swig-py, but I didn't get it running. I
followed the instructions from this page
http://trac.edgewall.org/wiki/TracSubversion
The svn version was 1.2.3, but yesterday I installed 1.4.4 over the
existing installation. In addition I also installed the most recent
swig packet (1.3.31). I did the ./configure make make install for
subversion and then I did the make swig-py and make install-swig-py.
This went without any problems and I had the libsvn, svn and svn-
python symlinks in my python/site-package folder. But for some reason
it is not finding the libsvn_swig_py-1.so.0.

Here is the output from the python console if I try to import from
svn:

# python
Python 2.5 (r25:51908, Mar 21 2007, 14:25:09)
[GCC 3.2.3 20030502 (Red Hat Linux 3.2.3-20)] on linux2

>>> from svn import core

Here is some more debug output:

I don't know why it is not finding the libsvn_swig_py-1.so.0. I see it
in /usr/local/lib/.

Any help would be deeply appreciated.

Thanks,
Johannes
