Hello, First of all, congratulations for this great application which is Trac.
The abstract concept of tickets open the doors to a lot of concrete applications. Our idea is to customize Trac in order to apply the concept of tickets to job appliances for example. The workflow customization provided by version 0.11 will help us to do that. But additionaly, we would need to create a template for new tickets. Is it possible to define a template for the new ticket ? We have seen that this is possible for the wiki page using PagesTemplates, and we are wondering if there is something similar for the tickets ? For example, in the trac.ini, we would like specify a template for each type of ticket...
