Check you Trac log file to see whether Trac receives the client request, or if the request is not propagated to Trac (which would indicate an Apache configuration issue or an issue w/ modpython).
Do you have any rewrite rule enabled in Apache, or a previous CGI installation that has been left over? In other word, check that you don't have any directives in your Apache config file that are not necessary for your Trac+modpython installation. > Apperently it's an installation issue: It might be a Trac issue at the end, but we first need to diagnose the issue (which seems an installation one), and the ML is far better place than a ticket for this task.
