Check you Trac log file to see whether Trac receives the client
request, or if the request is not propagated to Trac (which would
indicate an Apache configuration issue or an issue w/ modpython).

Do you have any rewrite rule enabled in Apache, or a previous CGI
installation that has been left over? In other word, check that you
don't have any directives in your Apache config file that are not
necessary for your Trac+modpython installation.

It might be a Trac issue at the end, but we first need to diagnose the
issue (which seems an installation one), and the ML is far better
place than a ticket for this task.
