I have Trac under Windows 2003 and Apache, and it works. These are
the pieces that I installed:
Followed steps in http://trac.edgewall.org/wiki/TracInstall
* Installed Activestate Python ActivePython-2.4.3.12-win32-x86.msi
* Installed mod_python / windows binaries
mod_python-3.3.1.win32-py2.4-Apache2.0.exe
* Installed sqlite adapter for python from binaries,
pysqlite-2.3.3.win32-py2.4.exe
* Installed clearsilver clearsilver-0.9.14.win32-py2.4.exe
* Installed trac-0.10.3.win32.exe
* Installed Subversion Python bindings svn-python-1.4.2.win32-py2.4.exe
Apache 2.0.55 here. Svn: svn-1.4.2-setup.exe
