I'm still configuring our new trac environment.  I've changed the
ticket setting so the 'assign to' field is a dropdown of the users.
There is a blank value there which we like to use for unassigned
tickets.  However, when we view these tickets in a report, the owner
of the unassigned tickets is listed as 'somebody'.  I can't find this
value anywhere in the config files.   I'd like to get rid of it so
that new, unassigned tickets have an owner value of ''.  I looked to
see if the default reports were assigned the 'somebody' value, but it
looks like they aren't, like the actual value of the owner field in
the database is set to 'somebody' when the new ticket is created.
