The libapr-1.dll could be found in the Installation files which were built against Apache 2.2 on the subversion site: http://subversion.tigris.org/servlets/ProjectDocumentList?folderID=8100&; expandFolder=8100&folderID=8100 Are you going to use Trac with Apache or as standalone server? If you are using Trac with Apache 2.0.X, please check the SVN Python bindings. Please have a look in the bin Subfolder of your Subversion installation.
