Hello guys, I do thank you all for your quick replies and your help. You put the finger directly on the problem. I had followed the different installation guide, but apparently was not careful enough about the different versions and the respective bindings between the different components.
I have already an Apache 2.2.4 running on my machine, and I would prefer to stick with this version. Before reading your posts, I was not aware that Apache AND Subversion were using the same libraries. I actually had different versions of the libraries in Apache and Subversion. Plus, the installation guide include some errors, or at least are not very strict. Finally, I have completely re-installed Subversion, Python and the different dependencies of Trac, using the "easy_install" method, on the exception of the SVN python bindings (exe installer). I have now been extra-careful about the different versions of the components I have installed, I have launched the tracd for test, and it's working !!!! That's really great. Thanks to all for the help, really. It's nice to see a community with people that really help and fast.
