HI All
I have successfully installed the Timing and Estimation plugin

(0.10) installation.
My question is this, is it possible to have a user who can only access
the reports but not the Timing and Estimation configuration panel (via
"management" link on the navbar) ?
What would be the user permissions in this case ?
