#1. In which version was TRAC_ENV_PARENT_DIR introduced?
#2. Will a trac 0.8.4 project be valid on a latest stable version
installation? If not how can I make it so/are there utilities?
#3. Is upgrading from 0.8.4 to the latest version as simple as downloading
the lates tar package and doing python setup.py install ? Should
