Nevermind... I figured it out. Using the old mirror for trac-hacks that was mentioned in another email, I found the setup.py file for the egg. After saving a copy of that file (and cleaning it up to restore it to pythonese) I was able to run easy_install which created and installed the egg for me. After a quick re-start of apache I was able to enable the plugin and download my wiki page as an OpenOffice file. Now I just need to figure out why all the hyperlinks are dropped during the translation.
