I was wondering if anyone knew of any tools that already exist that help migrate wiki pages from DokuWiki ( http://wiki.splitbrain.org/wiki:dokuwiki ) to trac's wiki format. Googling came up with very nothing, same with searching around http://trac-hacks.org/. It shouldn't be too hard, except that sub-sections in dokuwiki are saved as separate files, and the wiki syntax is quite different in some places. Doesn't hurt to ask before writing my own.
