I don't know any migration tool for DokuWiki.
But maybe you find a converter from DokuWiki to MoinMoin, then you can
possibly use the MoinMoin to Trac script ( 
http://trac-hacks.org/wiki/MoinToTracScript
).

Not the smartest way, but a possible workaround.
