this sounds very good. I'm really looking forward to 0.11.

If you spin this a little further... : Why not add the Wiki itself as a 
ticket type. Then you would have the comments list for Wiki pages for free.

I you mix in another idea, that I discovered using confluence: Every 
page had additional tabs showing relatied information for the page, for 
example a discussion / comment list, a tab with the attachments, a tab 
with the relationships and so on. If these pages where an extension 
point in trac, one could write a plugin to show additional properties of 
the object in question, e.g. the wiki page, the ticket, the Use case and 
so on.

Then the user could add his own objects with full flexibility and could 
define custom views to his data...

If I only had some time, and knowledge about python...
