I've just used wiki for use cases and I'm tagging them with usecase or template tags. For example see http://gal-framework.no-ip.org/wiki/UseCases. But making a special plugin for use case specificatoin is a great idea and I would make it myself if I had a time for that right now. Maybe I'll look on that during next summer :-). You can make request-a-hack ticket at http://trac-hacks.org where we specify requested features for such plugin at least for now. -- Bc.
