This seems to be a problem for a lot of people. I will try to solve it soon (using a hack-around). The problem is that in POSIX you can rename or unlink a file that is open by another process, and the system currently relies on this (theoretically). The hack-around would involve adding little marker files whenever an unlink fails that say "that file is actually deleted even though it's not" and then cleaning them up at some later time.... I'll see what I can do...
