Cool - cheers Simon. I've seen all 3 of the plugins you mention - wasn't sure how compatible to 0.11 they were so thought I'd ask.
Like you, I think there is a place for PageToPdf and CombineWiki. I did think about looking at the trac2latex plugin, but couldn't see if it was possible to switch off the image generation stuff.
