I've seen all 3 of the plugins you mention - wasn't sure how compatible to
0.11 they were so thought I'd ask.

Like you, I think there is a place for PageToPdf and CombineWiki.

I did think about looking at the trac2latex plugin, but couldn't see if it
was possible to switch off the image generation stuff.

Anyway, on with installing the other two.  Thanks for your feedback. ;)
